Quite robust cabinet made of black plastic. The exception is a screen lid that bends under a strain. Another pro – the black plastic won’t get shabby after extensive use of the laptop while silver paint of the lid will wear away and loose its neat look.
Built-in WiFi is the unquestionable advantage.
Limited number of ports and connections is a serious drawback though.
The advantages of this model in contrast to Intel graphics-based laptops is the imbedded X200 solution that provides a minimum support for shaders and allows to start more old games and as compared to Intel GMA. Download windows driver for Toshiba L30-134
To sum it up it can be said that this model is suitable for uncomplicated work in home or office environment. It seems useless to take this laptop for a trip where the probability of finding a wall outlet is extremely low just to use it for one hour of normal operation. While for office/home commuting is quite acceptable. This is probably an interesting option for beginners with low demand for different interface connectors. As for the rest Toshiba L30 is a well-built model with simple design.
